Melvin has been working for Royal Dinxperlo since 2016 and is responsible for production and the planning department. He ensures that people, resources, materials and processes are coordinated as effectively as possible, which brings him into contact with a wide range of disciplines and enables him to contribute to the organisation’s strategic direction.
With his background in business administration, Melvin sees it as a wonderful challenge to make Royal Dinxperlo future-proof and ensure it remains so. What attracts Melvin to Royal Dinxperlo is the pleasant corporate culture and the short lines of communication, which are typical of this family-run business with a rich history. He could talk for hours about the various applications of products and how processes work. That passion stems from his immense thirst for knowledge; Melvin always delves into new subject matter with great curiosity in order to continue developing himself.
In his spare time, he enjoys sport (he plays football and golf) and is a car enthusiast, alongside a broad interest in music and wine.
