Customization of mesh

Royal Dinxperlo offers many possibilities for manufacturing sieves and filters. From relatively coarse shaking sieves to fine-mesh air filters. With our team of experienced professionals, our modern machines, and tools, we produce a wide variety of filter mesh. This filter mesh can be either woven or welded mesh. Filter mesh is a relatively fine mesh, specially manufactured for filters and sieves. All filters and sieves are custom-made to meet the exact requirements of the customer. Before we start with the design and engineering, we go through all the basic principles and details with you so that the end product is exactly what you have in mind.

Processing options
We carry out all processing in-house. We can cut, slit, roll, punch, bend, spot weld, plasma weld, plasma cut, laser cut, and much more for you.

Post-treatment
Hot-dip galvanizing, electrolytic polishing, ultrasonic and alkaline cleaning, (UV-resistant) epoxy powder coating, and annealing. We also carry out these post-treatments in-house. This enables us to deliver consistently high quality.
