When punching a 2D shape is not enough, we can also punch the mesh and then press it into a 3D shape. Our extensive experience in processing mesh into 3D shapes enables us to produce extremely precise parts. Time and time again. As with punching, we develop the necessary tools ourselves and take care of their maintenance. This gives us maximum control during the production process and allows us to guarantee continuity.

After the mesh has been woven, it has a certain amount of tension. Before the mesh can be deformed, it is important to remove the tension from the fabric. We do this in-house by means of an annealing treatment. Read more about annealing woven mesh here.
