Chantal Paigham

Chantal has been working as an HR professional at Royal Dinxperlo since May 2025. Although she has only been with the company for a relatively short time, she has experienced from day one how warm and welcoming the organisation feels – like a real family business. She is given the freedom to apply her own approach and contribute ideas to important decisions. This makes her work challenging and inspiring. Chantal is constantly looking for innovation and opportunities to improve processes. It gives her energy to turn something complex or challenging into a positive goal. She believes an open and positive working environment is important, and she is happy to contribute to this.

Chantal is an enthusiastic and committed HR professional who likes to make a difference. With a clear and structured way of communicating, she provides clarity and direction. At the same time, she is creative in finding solutions and likes to think outside the box. She is certainly a little stubborn – but always with the aim of achieving the best result. Driven to develop both people and the organisation, she is constantly looking for opportunities to innovate and improve.

Outside of work, Chantal enjoys days out, holidays and, above all, culinary discoveries. She also values spending time with her daughter. She believes it is important to have a good work-life balance – and fortunately, she has found that here.
