Luc Lexmond

Luc works as a Junior R&D Engineer and Quality Control Officer, dividing his time roughly 50/50 between the two roles.

His career began in 2023 with a temporary contract as an Assistant in Engineering and later also as an Assistant in the Quality Department. At the end of that year, he decided to take a temporary break from work to focus fully on completing his degree. After graduating in 2024, he returned to the company following the summer holidays.

Luc is described by his colleagues as a driven and enthusiastic colleague, always with an eye for detail. His passion for running gives him the opportunity to let go of everything for a while and throw himself fully into an intense 10 km run.

For Luc, the best part of his job is the moment when a design becomes a reality. On the quality side, this involves researching, learning and developing new working methods and control processes.
