Lauren Hallen

Lauren Hallen has been working at Wire Weaving since 2018. She started her career within the company in the purchasing department, where she quickly immersed herself in the business processes and dynamics of production. During her time at Wire Weaving, Lauren has held various roles, including production work, and is now the third generation to lead the company. In 2024, she was awarded the title ‘Royal’. As Managing Director, she leads Royal Dinxperlo with great enthusiasm and vision, with a clear focus on preserving tradition while innovating for the future.

After studying at the TMO Fashion Business School, Lauren decided to further expand her knowledge and obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam. With a solid academic background and a great passion for entrepreneurship, she decided to join the family business, where she further developed her career.

Outside of work, Lauren has a passion for traveling and enjoys playing padel. She also loves spending time with her dog Millie.
