Bennie Harmelink

Bennie works at Royal Dinxperlo in the quality control department for wire, mesh and filters. His job is to compare these products with the relevant standards or requirements to ensure that quality is maintained. He has been with the company since August 1983, initially through a temporary employment agency in the wire drawing department, and then in various weaving departments. For several years now, he has been working in the winding department, where he focuses on assessing quality after finishing.

What Bennie likes most about the company is the diversity of his work. The different products that Royal Dinxperlo manufactures – from mesh in rolls and semi-finished products to filters – offer new challenges every time. He is constantly looking for ways to maintain consistent product quality. What also motivates him is searching for the causes of production problems and finding solutions to remedy them.

Bennie is characterised by his calm nature and a touch of stubbornness. He has a lot of perseverance, especially when it comes to finding the cause of a problem or coming up with a solution.
