Berdien Lansink
Business Intelligence Specialist
Berdien has been working at Royal Dinxperlo for 21 years. Since this year, she has been fulfilling the role of BI and Finance Operations Specialist, after more than 20 years of experience in HR. For her, it is special to have been part of a company for so long where short lines of communication and the character of a real family business are central. What drives Berdien in her work are figures and data – they give her energy. She enjoys bringing structure and creating insights that help the company move forward. She is naturally analytical and helpful, which fits in well with the teamwork within the team.
Outside of work, she likes to stay active: she plays badminton and enjoys creative pursuits, such as making tiles with personal images and texts. She also enjoys playing board games, where fun and socializing with others are key.
