Hands on Supervisor - Logistics
Since April 2025, Jelmer has been working as a shipping/logistics foreman. In this role, he focuses primarily on improving processes and creating structure, so that work runs more smoothly for everyone. He believes that people perform best when they are given the freedom to do their work in their own way — this creates both responsibility and enjoyment.
Although he can be a bit stubborn at times, he values open and transparent communication. This way, everyone always knows where they stand and things keep moving forward. Outside of work, he is a real bon vivant and enjoys spending time on the padel court.
