Julian Frickel
Hands on Supervisor - Filter Department
Julian has been working at Royal Dinxperlo since 2011 and became assistant foreman in the filter department in 2018. In this role, he is responsible for work distribution, quality control and coordinating a large part of the filter products. With his technical knowledge, broad experience and practical approach, he ensures structure and efficient work processes.
What Julian appreciates about Royal Dinxperlo is the combination of teamwork, varied work and the wide range of products. No two days are the same, and it is precisely this variety that motivates him to always get the best out of his work.
Julian is originally from Germany, where he still lives. He works on his Dutch language skills every day and believes it is important to communicate clearly and carefully. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, photography, playing baseball and is an enthusiastic handyman who likes to work with his hands and tackles every project with enthusiasm. He is also a husband and father of two daughters. New techniques and challenges always appeal to him — learning, discovering and improving are second nature to him.
