Precision stretching of the screen frame

Before Royal Dinxperlo stretches a screen frame, we assess which woven mesh and which design are best suited to the application. We then apply the mesh evenly across the frame. After that, we stretch it precisely to the required tension.

By carefully positioning the mesh, we create a flat and taut screening surface. This allows the material to distribute itself evenly across the frame. Furthermore, consistent tension contributes to a reliable screening or filtration process.

Bonding the mesh securely to the frame

Once we have adjusted the mesh to the correct tension, we secure it firmly to the screen frame. Depending on the type of frame and the technical requirements of the application, we may use an adhesive bond for this.

During the bonding process, we ensure that the mesh does not shift. At the same time, we monitor the tension applied. This keeps the screen surface flat and taut. Furthermore, a carefully applied bond ensures that the mesh remains firmly in place. In this way, the screen frame can once again function reliably within the production process.

Applications of re-meshed screen frames

Re-meshed and bonded screen frames are suitable for various industrial processes. For example, they can be used for:

  • Screening and classifying materials.
  • Separating different particle sizes.
  • Industrial filtration.
  • Purifying liquids.
  • Removing unwanted particles.
  • Production processes requiring a controlled mesh size.

Each application places different demands on the screen frame. That is why we tailor the mesh design to both the frame and the technical requirements of the process. This results in a screening surface that is suited to the material and the desired separation or filtration.

Re-meshing custom-made screen frames

Every screen frame and every production process places specific demands on the mesh. That is why Royal Dinxperlo determines the required mesh specifications and working method for each individual order. In doing so, we take into account, amongst other things:

  • The dimensions and shape of the screen frame.
  • The required mesh size and wire diameter.
  • The required tension of the mesh.
  • The material being screened or filtered by the frame.
  • The mechanical load during use.
  • The presence of moisture or corrosive conditions.

We use woven stainless steel mesh for re-meshing. This material combines strength with good corrosion resistance. This makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial processes and conditions. Furthermore, we can tailor the mesh specifications precisely to the desired application.

Royal Dinxperlo combines extensive knowledge of woven metal mesh with expertise in the precise stringing and fixing of screen frames. This enables us to tailor both the mesh and the subsequent processing to the specific application.

In addition, we assess each frame and production process individually. This allows us to carefully determine the mesh size, wire diameter, tension and fixing method. Furthermore, re-stringing extends the service life of existing screen frames. This means you do not always have to purchase a completely new frame.

Our advantages:

  • Re-stringing of existing screen frames.
  • Use of high-quality woven stainless steel mesh.
  • Precisely and evenly tensioned screen surface.
  • Secure attachment of the mesh to the frame.
  • Mesh specifications tailored to the application.
  • Bespoke solutions for various shapes and dimensions.
  • Technical expertise in both mesh and its processing.
  • Extended service life of existing screen frames.
  • High quality and reliable delivery.

Need your screen frames re-meshed?

Is the mesh in your screen frame damaged, worn or no longer properly tensioned? Royal Dinxperlo will assess which woven mesh and which fixing method best suit your frame and production process.

We then re-stretch the frame and secure the mesh firmly in place. This creates a flat and reliable screening surface that you can use again in your process. Furthermore, we tailor every design to your technical requirements. This ensures you receive a bespoke solution that is precisely suited to your application.
